Nathan & Kristen Gale, Owners
Nathan started his real estate investment in 2004 as a student at Missouri State University. His less-than-stellar rental home at the time inspired him to provide a higher quality living environment for himself and other renters. With the help of the team at Gale Properties, we remain committed to providing quality homes and fast, reliable service so that our valued tenants can focus on enjoying life and making memories. Nathan and Kristen are currently serving in the military and reside in Chicagoland with their dog and five cats.
Eric Jackson - Property & Projects Manager
Eric began his relationship with Gale Properties as a valued tenant and has been an indispensable part of our team since 2014. He oversees the planning, contracting, and management of all work done on our homes and is always endeavoring to ensure that our tenant family has all that they need to be safe and comfortable. Eric resides in Springfield, Missouri with his sweet dog Aria and his cat Chloe. When he's not busy with Gale Properties, Dr. Jackson teaches horn at Evangel and Southwest Baptist Universities and performs with the Springfield Symphony.
